My name is Claudio Bisanzi, and I have been working in the tourism and hospitality field in Tuscany for many years. Over time, I have had the pleasure of welcoming people from all over the world, sharing not only the beauty of our region but also one of its greatest treasures — traditional Tuscan cuisine.
My love for cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned the authentic flavors and techniques that define our local gastronomy. Every recipe I teach today has its roots in those childhood memories: handmade pasta, rustic sauces simmered slowly, and the joy of gathering around a table to share a genuine Tuscan meal.
During my visits to friends in the United States, I began cooking the recipes passed down from my grandmother. Seeing how much my friends enjoyed the food and the stories behind each dish, I realized that sharing Tuscan traditions could become more than just a passion — it could be an experience to bring people together.That’s how Inside the Tuscan Kitchen was born: a place where travelers can discover the true essence of Tuscany through authentic cooking classes, hands-on experiences, and warm Italian hospitality.
