From a young age, he learned the secrets of his family’s recipes, developing an authentic and personal approach. He loves sharing his passion with travelers and food enthusiasts from around the world. His experiences combine culture, history, and flavor, turning every class into a memorable moment. With Claudio, learning to cook becomes a journey into the heart of Tuscany.

Its more than a cooking class, its an experience

We did a couples pasta and tiramisu cooking class with Claudio today. It was really entertaining and instructive. First we met Claudio and discussed our choice of menu. Then we shopped at a true local farmers market and picked out fresh organic ingredients. We proceeded to Claudio's kitchen on the top floor of a 900 year old building. Have no fear, it's very modern iside. First we made tirramisu from scratch and put it in the fridge. We made pasta and sauce from scratch while enjoying salami, cheese and prosecco. Your choices may differ from ours. Our pasta turned out great and the Chianti that Claudio served us was delicious. We highly recommend Claudio's cooking experience, it's really more than just a class.
